Solaire 42-Inch Infrared Gas Grill with Cart You'll never run out of grilling space on the Solaire 42-Inch Built-In Infrared Gas Grill. This grill offers up to 100,500 BTU/hr over a 1,027 square inch cooking area, with three main burners and an optional rear burner. Simply push the rapid start electronic ignition to start grilling. With three main convection or infrared burners that cook with 82,500 BTU/hr, you will be able to configure your own grilling setup. Choose to have three convection burners, three infrared burners, one infrared burner and two convection burners, or two infrared burners and one convection burner. Features of the grill include 304 series, 18/8 stainless steel construction with heliarc welded seams and no mechanical fasteners. The stainless steel V-grilling grids enhance flavor and reduce flare-ups, while a removable stainless steel warming rack and drip tray make for easy cleanup and an even more convenient grilling experience. Other features include a double skin hood and a full width stainless steel tubular knurled handle. The cart with this unit is made of commercial grade stainless steel and features folding side shelves and casters. Other options include a 18,000 BTU/hr rear infrared rotisserie burner that includes a heavy duty motor, spit rod, forks, and counterweight. Shipped with a quality vinyl cover for protection against the elements, you choose a propane grill head with a natural gas conversion kit, or a natural gas grill head with a propane conversion kit.
