This grill's double-walled smoke hood covers a 792-square-inch cooking surface, which offers 90,000 BTUs of cooking power from three cast stainless steel "E" burners. The burners are covered by stainless steel flavor grids that vaporize liquids, protecting your food from flare-ups while imparting a delicious smoky flavor. This island setup includes a 30,000 BTU double side burner that is made of stainless steel and has a solid state electronic spark ignition system. It also comes equipped with a 16,000 BTU back burner with heavy duty rotisserie kit, which includes a super high-torque motor, a stainless steel spit rod, two meat forks, and a counterbalance. You choose the configuration of burners for your grill. Select either three conventional stainless steel burners, three infrared, or two conventional and one infrared. This grill comes with cast stainless steel cooking grids, a stainless steel warming rack, a state-of-the-art digital thermometer with meat probe, and a push-to-light 9V ignition system. Propane ( LP ) and natural gas ( NG ) models available. The LP model is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator.
